How to Enrol

Step 1: Select a course

Choosing a suitable course can be done through consultation with the Registrar of the Sydney Korean Theological College.

Step 2: Complete forms & submit

The applicant completes all the required paperwork and sends it to the SKT Registrar, who will check the documentation and if complete set a date and time for the next step.

Step 2: Attend an interview

It is a requirement that all applicants attend an admission interview with academic advisors at the Sydney Korean Theological College. The interview will be conducted by SKTC Academic staff, normally face to face or in occasions by Zoom. The purpose of the interview is to help select the right course, to ensure the admission requirements are met, and to plan a program of study appropriate to the course selected.

Step 4: Issuance of Offer Letter

The interviewer notifies the final approval of the application to the SKTC Registrar. The Registrar then issues a Letter of Offer to the applicant confirming the acceptance into the course of study..

Step 5: Pay tuition fees

Payment of tuition fees is due after the Letter of Offer has been sent to student.

2024 Tuition Fee : $8,400 (Per Semester Indicative Full-time basis, $2,100 per unit)

Domestic students: can pay in three ways:

    • FEE-HELP: If an Australian Citizen, the student can pay via Fee Help. This is a student loan scheme in which the Commonwealth Government pays the student’s tuition fees. Students pay back the fees through taxation if and when the student’s income rises above a minimum repayment threshold. Please complete the FEE-HELP form and note that only the original form is accepted by the Registrar.
    • Upfront Payment: Students may pay by credit card or cheque (payable to Australian College of Christian Studies)
  • Direct Remittance: Students may choose to pay by making direct deposit(s) to the ACCS bank account. For the bank details, please contact the Registrar. (Students need to provide their full names and student identification numbers.)
  • International students: Payment of tuition fees is due prior to the issuing of the Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). International students can pay in two ways:
  • Upfront Payment: Students may pay by credit card or cheque (payable to Australian College of Christian Studies)

Step 6: Issuance of CoE (Applies to International Students Only)

After confirming student payment details, the Registrar then produces CoE(Confirmation of Enrolment) which can be utilised in for the students’ visa applications.
